Our Production Process: From Measurement to Delivery

Every project starts with a clear understanding of your needs and moves through the following steps:

  1. Needs assessment and initial consultation: we listen to your intended use, budget, and design preferences, and arrange a workshop visit or an on-site measurement where needed.
  2. Measurement and technical drawing: we measure the space to the millimeter and translate the furniture's layout and internal divisions into a technical drawing.
  3. Material and hardware selection: we finalize panel type, finish/color, and hardware such as handles and hinges together with you.
  4. CNC cutting and panel sizing: parts are machined with millimeter precision on our CNC cutting and panel-sizing line.
  5. Edge banding: exposed panel edges are protected from moisture and impact and sealed in a matching tone through our edge banding service.
  6. Assembly and fitting: parts are pre-assembled in the workshop using Rafix or Minifix connector systems, then finally installed on-site.
  7. Quality check and delivery: door alignment, drawer glide, and overall workmanship are checked before the furniture is handed over ready to use.

Materials and Hardware We Use

We primarily work with melamine-faced MDF, lacquered (high-gloss/matte) MDF, and plywood, and we also incorporate solid-wood details on request. For doors and drawers we favor soft-close hinges and runners, and for carcass joints we use Rafix or Minifix connectors depending on the application. Material thickness and panel type are chosen together based on intended use — a heavily used kitchen cabinet has different requirements than a lightly used display cabinet.
